Mimasu provides integral solutions in production of those safety and security critical components as applied in the aerospace industry, the nuclear fuel industry, and the high-speed train vehicle industry etc. Since the establishment of the organization in 1966, Mimasu has significantly achieved its track records by combining our cutting-edge precision machining, in-house vacuum heat treatment and assembly processes with an integrated supply chain to provide the manufacturing package to our customers. With our philosophy of "unwavering commitment towards uncompromising manufacturing", Mimasu strives to stay close to the evolving needs of customers through on-going development of the latest technologies and engineering expertise.
We maintain a sterling reputation, particularly for our superior efficiency and quality in precision machining of hard-to-machine materials such as stainless steel, titanium and inconel. In order to guarantee the highest quality, we acquired the ISO 9001 and JIS Q 9100 certification as well as the process accreditation for our heat treatment and other special processes by every prime manufacturers in the aerospace industry.
